Friday, September 13, 2024 – Volunteer Event

LD14 had an incredible response to a request for volunteers. Thirty new volunteers were at the event with an additional ten responding. They signed up for many hours volunteering for the campaigns, including postcards, canvassing, calling, texting and other opportunities. The Elizabeth Brown campaign is grateful to these volunteers.

Elizabeth participated in a Candidate Meet and Greet featuring candidates running for office in the East Valley.

Elizabeth presented to the Democrats in LD14 at their regularly scheduled meeting recently.  She introduced her campaign support team, highlighted recent efforts and developments in her campaign and shared her positions on women’s healthcare and reproductive rights, quality schools, sustainable water supply, community safety and protecting our democracy.

The Biden/Harris Presidential Campaign held a grand opening of their campaign office in Tempe on Saturday, July 13, 2024.  Among the honored guests were Yolanda Bejarano, Chair of the Arizona Democratic Party; Gabby Giffords, Former United States Representative; Keith Ellison, Minnesota Attorney General, Athena Sallman, Former Arizona State Legislator and current Director of the Arizona Campaign for Reproductive Freedom for All; and, Elizabeth Brown, candidate for Arizona State Senate LD14.

A Town Hall with Congressman Ruben Gallego presenting and Congressman Greg Stanton facilitating was held on Saturday, June 8, 2024 in the Ballroom at Sun Lakes in Chandler. Ruben Gallego spoke in detail about many of the pressing issues for Arizona residents as he campaigns for the United States Senate in this election. Elizabeth Brown, the candidate for the Arizona State Senate LD14 was among those running for office who were introduced.

An Open House for Elizabeth Brown, Arizona State Senate Candidate LD14, was held on Saturday, May 25, 2024 from 2:00-4:00 PM in Gilbert.  Hosting the event was Kathleen Quellen.  Among the honored guests and featured speakers were Mitzi Epstein, Arizona Senate Minority Leader; Seth Blattman, Arizona Representative from LD 9; and Mike Flores, Chair of LD14.  Elizabeth Brown gave an impassioned speech regarding her candidacy for the Senate and stated:   "I am in it to win it."

Democrats in LD14 gathered for a pancake breakfast to kick off the election season and to raise funds to support the work of our Legislative District.  Regularly scheduled meetings are well attended as was this breakfast.
