All children deserve a quality education regardless of their income or zip code.

• Provide oversight to the School Voucher Program (ESA – Empowerment Scholarship Account) which sends public dollars to tuition-based private schools and home schooling
• Designate that public dollars follow our students to public schools; 86% of Arizona students attend public schools
• Establish income eligibility standards for the ESA Program to ensure fiscal responsibility

Arizona’s water must be protected for future generations and a healthy economy.

• Restore protections for Arizona’s ephemeral and intermittent waters
• Promote policies to protect watersheds aligned with the Arizona 1980 Groundwater Act
• Protect groundwater by restricting use by foreign companies and by promoting water conservation programs

• We live in one of the safest communities in the nation but we must address current concerning issues.
• · Pass “Christian’s Law” to require proper storage of loaded and unloaded guns and ammunition
• · Ban the sale of Brass Knuckles statewide to prevent the assault on our youth that we witnessed by the Gilbert Goons
• · Work in cooperation with the Gilbert police and School Safety Officers to prevent and curb youth violence.

The freedom to vote without undue burden is critical to our democracy.

• Protect the current system of Vote-by-Mail used by 89% of Arizona voters
• Protect the use of convenient voting centers
• Protect the voting equipment and voter rolls from partisan players
• Protect the rights of a diverse population
